Tournament Pricing

Monday Special | $6,250
Reserve the course for the entire day, play as much as you can

Monday – Thursday Afternoon | $45/per person
Golf Course Shotgun Event (Minimum 50 players)

Friday Afternoon | $49/per person
Golf Course Shotgun Event (Minimum 50 Players)

Weekend Afternoon | $59 per person
Golf Course Shotgun Event (Minimum 100 players)

For a full golf course shotgun start (starting groups on all 18 holes) there is a 100 player minimum. If the event has less than 100 players, the following holes will be available to use according the number of participants in the event:

  • 50-72 players – 9 hole shotgun start
  • 73-84 players – 13 hole shotgun start
  • 85-99 players – 15 hole shotgun start

The starting time for each event will be 1:00 pm unless approved by Aberdeen Golf Club’s Tournament Director. This time could change depending on the time of year.

A maximum of 72 carts are available; if more golf carts are required, Aberdeen Golf Club will charge $40.00 per cart for rental carts.

Playing Formats
In the interest of maintaining a proper pace of play, all playing formats must be approved by Aberdeen Golf Club. It is recommended that a "Scramble" format be used.

Golf Shop Merchandise
Competitive pricing on stock and special order merchandise is offered to all outings. Whether you are looking for clubs, balls, shirts, wind shirts, towels, gloves or caps. Let Aberdeen provide your event's attendance prizes, giveaways, and raffle items. You can choose to add your logo or just keep it blank. If you choose to add your logo please allow six to eight weeks for ordering after we get your artwork. There are many options as far as price and color for each item. Aberdeen has access to all major golf companies. Please inquire about the different options we can provide your event. Gift certificates (popular to most golfers) are also available for use in the Aberdeen Golf Shop or for future green fees. Contact Aberdeen GC for more information.

Dress Code
Aberdeen Golf Club is a soft spike facility. Proper golf attire is required at Aberdeen Golf Club. Collared shirts are required. Swimming suits and/or cut-off shorts are not permitted. Men must wear shirts with sleeves. Halter-tops and tank tops are not permitted. Jeans or denim shorts are not considered to be correct golf attire.

Event Food & Beverage Selections

"The Par" - $5.00 per person
The Par is a simple buffet and can be served either before or after the event. It includes barbeque hotdogs and bratwursts, a bag of chips, and a fountain beverage.

"The Birdie" - $10.00 per person
The Birdie is a buffet and can be served either before or after the event. It includes barbeque hamburgers, hotdogs and bratwursts, baked beans and potato salad, dessert, and fountain beverage.

The above food and beverage fees do not include gratuity (18%)

Food & Beverage Guarantees
Guarantees of minimum attendance for all food functions must be made at least seven days in advance. Guarantees cannot be reduced. Minimum charges are 100% of the guarantee. If Aberdeen GC does not receive a guaranteed number, the original number booked will be final. Event directors or representative must account for all volunteers and/workers with their event. Aberdeen Golf Club assumes no responsibility for shortages of food.
